JANUARY
So that contemplation of Jesus in the mystery
of the Incarnation, may help us to grow in humility and lowliness
FEBRUARY
So that by imitating your openness and interior poverty we may make room for the
Word of God who calls us to justice and conversion
MARCH
So that we may know and love Jesus who rises to new life in every person crucified
by poverty and injustice
APRIL
So that we may open wide our store of temporal and spiritual goods to those who are
deprived of wealth, fellowship, and friendship
MAY
So that guided by the Spirit we may be moderate in our use of temporal goods in
order to freely gain the hidden treasure of the Kingdom
JUNE
So that gazing upon the meek and humble Heart of your Son, we may learn the meaning
of "mercy I wish, not sacrifice
JULY
So that aware of our poverty, we may anchor our hope in Christ, the Corner-Stone,
who satisfies our longing for happiness
AUGUST
So that through the example of St. Maximilian, our relationships with others may be
based not on attraction or advantage, but rather on the free gift of love
SEPTEMBER
So that, with the certainty of the Father's love, we may not struggle in search for
temporal goods or personal success
OCTOBER
So that the M.I. may know how to announce the Good News of Jesus through the way of
humility and in collaboration with other ecclesial movements
NOVEMBER
So that the Lord may free us from the fear of death and help us to await Him as a
bride awaits her husband, by being vigilant and faithful to the Word
DECEMBER
So that by your example, we, in our lowliness and humility, may acknowledge the
Poor Christ who continually comes into our lives
